Prizes are awarded per team and split equally among the five team members. FT offers are awarded per individual based on contribution — your team's placement does not affect your eligibility.

How scoring works

Each team's machine is tested under real pharmacy conditions at MedRock Pharmacies. Five weighted criteria; the panel observes Demo Day, reviews documentation, resolves ties.

Full-time positions

After Demo Day, the Itkan, MedRock, and MedDots judging panel awards between two and five ongoing full-time positions to top contributors. These are real roles — not a fixed-term bonus — and represent a direct pathway from competition into professional employment.

FT eligibility is per-individual. A participant's team winning or losing the competition does not affect their FT offer. Strong contributors from any team are eligible.
